Led the out of home (OOH) advertising association for three transformative decades during which OOH went digital, revenues quadrupled, market share doubled, and the industry achieved unprecedented legislative stability. 

A frequent public speaker in the US and globally, dozens of Fletcher’s speeches can be found on YouTube or within the ‘Nancy Fletcher Papers’ at Duke University’s John W. Hartman Center. 

Currently serves on the governing boards for PECF and the Fletcher Family Foundation. Former Board Director, Board Chair, and/or Commissioner for more than 20 for-profit, not-for-profit, and government entities.
