Randy Otto first joined the Out-of-Home industry in 1976 and has been serving as the President of PATTISON Outdoor since 2004, where he also advises on the board for the Canadian Out of Home Marketing and Measurement Bureau (COMMB).
During this time, he spearheaded the launch of Canada’s first Proof-of-Performance campaign management system, EyeWitness POP™. The first offering of its kind to provide clients a way to monitor their Outdoor campaigns, while creating a level of transparency never before seen in the industry.

Building PATTISON into Canada’s leading Out-of-Home company came through key expansions led by Otto, such as acquiring the digitally innovative Onestop Media Group and securing key advertising partnerships with transit and airport authorities across the country. In 2018, the recent acquisition of IMA brought with it the exclusive advertising rights to the Metrolinx ‘GO’ commuter system, further positioning PATTISON Outdoor as the premier provider of Out-of-Home advertising.
